Bark first opened its doors in 2013, in the heart of Harstad. In December 2022, we took a bold step and moved into our new, spectacular location right on the waterfront in the city center. With a brand-new venue, we have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the fjord. We have nearly doubled the restaurant’s capacity and also added an exclusive chambre séparée.

At Bark, our focus is to give every guest a memorable experience. We believe the best way to achieve this is through delicious food made with quality ingredients, attentive service, and a cozy atmosphere.

With increased capacity and more guests visiting us, we are looking for:

Chefs / Apprentice Chefs
Waiters / Waitresses

Who are we looking for?
To thrive with us, you should be a cheerful person who enjoys the occasional busy day. You like working with people and making sure our guests have a great experience. You don’t get stressed easily but work efficiently.

We are not too concerned about what you’ve done before. What matters most is that you fit in with us and are motivated to work in the hospitality industry. If you don’t have experience as a server, that’s no problem—we’ll make sure you get the training you need to feel confident in your role.

As a chef or apprentice chef, you’ll also join a team where we support each other and work closely together.
